GENERAL QUESTIONS
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track its status.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. Once your order has the status "ready for shipment," "shipping," or "delivered," we cannot accept any changes.

PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two payment methods:

Secure Credit Card Payment
We also accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

What currency will I be billed in?
All our transactions are based in EUR. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate for the chosen currency, depending on the website you are on.

Do you offer 3 or 4 payment installments?
We accept 3 payments installments.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, including to Asia, North & Central America, Europe, and Oceania, and offer payment via PayPal and credit card.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to process.
The shipping time depends on the delivery method you choose.

How can I track my package?
Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email to track its status.

What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be made the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also need to go to your local post office to collect your package if it can't be delivered to you.

RETURNS
Do you accept returns? We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold in our online store
- The item must not have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact our customer service.

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges and follow the same terms and conditions as returns.
To request an exchange, please indicate that you want to exchange your item for another item when preparing your return with our support team.

Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, securely place the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Your return shipping is free in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on Urbntees.com's part, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns will be confirmed within 14 days of receipt of the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the refund, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days of our return acceptance.
