Not satisfied with your order? We're sorry, and we'd love to know what we can do to make you happy!

You can return your order up to 14 days after purchase, and we'll make sure the purchase price is refunded to your account within five days of receipt.

Easy returns in three steps

Step 1: Enter your order number and reason for return in the contact form. Our customer service will review your return request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items along with the return form to the address listed on the return form. Make sure you include a track and trace code with your package.

As a customer, you are responsible for the package to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Once we receive the package, we'll make sure the purchase price is credited to your account within five days.

(PayPal refunds take longer; the amount will be in your account after 30 days.)
